The old and mystic Haveli lay in the possession of Thakur Rana (Pinchoo Kapoor) till it was bought by Mr. Kmar (Vijay Aurora) a rich businessman and trustee to the inheritance left to his niece Anita (Amita Nangia) Thakur Rana with Kumar set out to the Haveli to finalize the deal. But little did they know that they were never to return again. The walls of the Haveil echoed in screams which slowly faded away into the silence of death. Mrs. Kumar (Neelam Mehra) remained anxious and frantic for the return of her husband; Mrs.

Kumar was further burdened by the bitter truth that Anita was in love with a poor photographer Sunil (Deepak Parashar). She would never accept this for she wanted her brother Vikram (Tej Sapru) to wed Anita and become the owner to her vast wealth. She planned to send Anta with her few friends to the Haveli with Vikram to look for her uncle. Sunil also somehow managed to reach the Haveli for his love. Vikram hated him with a vengeance, the conflict arose, and a plan to do away with him, was made along with his sister. This leads to mysterious and circumstantial deaths of Anita's friends and Sunil's disappearance from the Haveli. The nightmare has started.

Was it Vikram who was a murderer? Or was it his sister who killed for the money? Was it evil within the Haveli?
